Evolution of Religion and Nationalism

When there was not enough food, most pregnancies led to child death, unless the food was taken from other families whose children would then likewise die, so that for our survival, our libido was transferred into destrado. This is why we evolved religion and nationalism, as religion transferred the libido and nationalism transferred it into destrado. Because of food surplus and contraception, these now actually reduce our chances of survival, which is why they are atrophying, but because they have themselves evolved to survive, this takes time.
