Learning from Choices

People learn only from their own choices, never from control, and humanity as a whole learns only because the world controls them less and less, so that people have to make their own choices more and more. All we can do to teach others and ourselves to make their own choices is to not make choices for them and not have our choices made by them, so that both we and them will have to focus more on our own choices. Don’t try to change others: try only to change, yourself.
